We are recruiting for a Team Member role for our well established client in Slane, Co. Meath. We are on the lookout for a dynamic, experienced individual to enhance the customer experience for my client. Could you be the perfect fit?
Your impact will be significant as you become:
- the first point of contact, welcoming guests professionally.
- Enjoy delivering 2-4 hour-long walking tours daily, including a 45-minute tour followed by a 15-minute tasting experience.
- Handle opening and closing procedures for the retail shop, restock shelves, and maintain the shop's appearance to my client's standards.
- Participate in bar service when needed.
What we seek:
- Minimum one year of hospitality, retail, or spirits/wine industry experience.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service ability.
- Adaptability to a fluid, fast-paced environment.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods.
