The primary responsibilities of the Tech Recruiting Manager are to provide end-to-end delivery of the recruitment process whilst partnering with senior stakeholders to provide innovative sourcing strategies and effective talent acquisition plans. The Tech Recruitment Manager will report to one of our client's Recruitment Leads and be responsible for providing metrics and reporting updates to ensure they are tracking against the overall talent plans.

Your day to day as a Technology Recruiting Manager will include:

  • Managing the entire candidate experience for sizeable business groups
  • Partnering with stakeholders to ensure meaningful relationships are built with senior recruitment sponsors
  • Providing regular reporting and metrics to both recruitment and business leadership
  • Collating market research and providing insight to wider business stakeholders

To apply for this collaborative Tech Recruitment job, you will need previous in-house or agency recruitment experience within the Technology and Industry Consulting fields or experience in Digital Marketing, including UX and UI, Digital Campaigns, and Digital Content.
