Annual Salary: £37,928 (PAYE) + shift allowances
Shift: Double Days: Week 1 - 06:00 to 13:10 pm, Week 2 - 13:30 pm to 20:40 pm (Mon to Fri), Nights: 20:45 pm to 06:00 am (Mon to Thurs)

We're looking for a proactive, collaborative professional to join the team and help keep production running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
Maintain and Improve Tooling:
- Reactively maintain tooling to ensure production stays on track.
- Proactively service critical path tooling and key jig features, following set schedules to support the build cycle.
Precision Measurement & Metrology:
- Work closely with the Metrology team, using Laser Trackers and CMM instruments to check and certify a variety of tooling across the Broughton Plant.
- Support measurements for aircraft concession data and acceptance checks.
- Metrology experience is essential for this role, as you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and certification of tooling using advanced measurement equipment.
Teamwork:
- Collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge and following documentation to ensure the highest standards are met.
What We're Looking For
- Completed a toolmaking, fitter machinist, or machining apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3 or above).
- At least 3 years' post-apprenticeship experience.
- Confident using tool room machines (lathes, millers, grinding machines, jig borers).
- Hands-on experience with metrology equipment, including Laser Trackers and CMM instruments, is required.
- A team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to quality.
