Training and Communications Project Support

Location: Remote UK

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Training and Communications Project Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting the training and communications workstream for all new projects and expansion efforts in the UK and EMEA regions. Your primary focus will be on writing effective change management communications and plans, as well as conducting implementation and operational training for both internal and external clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Development of training and communications plan for new implementations and existing clients
  • Conducting training for new and existing clients and team members
  • Creating and editing communications for suppliers and clients as per agreed communications plan
  • Creating training documentation which includes presentations and reference guides
  • Assessing current training and training documentation and recommending revisions in scope, format and content
  • Maintaining training materials and other tools and functions associated with training & maintaining a communication template library
  • Collating and analysing feedback to improve communication and training activities

What we're looking for

  • Prefer experience in a training role or having delivered training to internal or external clients
  • Instructional design and development experience
  • Ability to create PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials using current instructional design techniques
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to speak in public to large groups as well as small groups. At ease moderating both large and small groups
  • Strong writing skills. Ability to write clear e-mails, simple correspondence, training manuals, handouts, and step by step training procedures. Includes high attention to detail in all written material
  • Full working knowledge and ability to utilize the following software programs: Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Page Tiger, MS Project, WebEx and Visio
  • Previous experience in one of the following workforce solution disciplines: Managed Services and Contingent Workforce Solutions, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Statement of Work Management Programs, Professional Services or SaaS VMS Technology
