This is a temporary full-time role (with potential to stay on), with payments starting from £12.66 per hour!
You'll be working in partnership with the on-site management team, acting as an ambassador for our colleagues to ensure an overall positive experience. Working to ensure effective management, performance, and conduct within the workforce. The purpose of this role is to promote, develop and deliver an outstanding customer experience whilst performing duties with care and diligence.
We are looking for someone to work on one of the following shift times:
6am to 2pm,
2pm to 10pm,
10pm to 6am,
As new people start, you'll be their first point of contact, setting up new team members for success and welcoming them on their first day. Ongoing you'll be monitoring the general behaviour of the team, conducting monthly listening sessions across all shifts, and reporting any feedback.
On-site you'll also be supporting the operational performance, being proactive in attendance, and performance management. You'll need to work closely with the on-site management teams, to support with back filling, managing conflict situations, organising, and even supporting with training on-site.
We are looking for someone who can prioritise and plan their workload, and the ability to communicate effectively with people at different levels within the operation. You'll need to maintain accurate daily records, so a good knowledge in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is beneficial.
This is an ideal role for someone with a good work ethic and a background in delivering good customer service or working in a warehouse environment. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team, as this is faced paced environment.
