Become a General Operator (no experience required)

​Our General Operator plays an integral role in manufacturing components crucial to the production of innovative defence systems. No prior experience is required, however is suitable for those who demonstrate a strong passion in working with dexterity for fine work.

Your day as a General Operator can expect to see you:
• Use small brushes to apply coats onto various components.
• Work under microscopes to place circuit components onto a board.
• Demonstrate integrity in reading and interpreting diagrams.
• Committed to working flexible shift patterns.​
