👛 What you'll get
Contact centre positions are temporary to permanent starting with an hourly rate of £12.50. After a 3 month period, and subject to performance, you may be offered a permanent role with a basic salary of £20,000, rising to £20,500 after a further 6 months.

📞 A day in a life as a Contact Centre Agent
• Respond to inbound queries via telephone, email, and web chat
• Provide exceptional level of customer service, adapting to different caller scenarios and challenges
• Positively represent WTW and its customers by providing a friendly and professional service
• Work efficiently to hit individual and team targets (no sales targets involved!)

• People-oriented, with a knack for providing positive, exceptional service
• Great interpersonal communication skills
• A natural problem solver, able to work to a high level of accuracy
• Computer literate
• Works well independently and as part of a team to achieve department targets
