​We’re delighted to announce that Guidant Global’s INfluence programme has been shortlisted for the new Most Engaging Social Responsibility Programme award at the Recruiter Investing in Talent Awards

The award recognises social responsibility programmes within recruitment businesses that are motivational and inspiring, creative, and effective in terms of both generating results for beneficiaries and for attracting the most significant engagement.

Guidant Global’s shortlisting for the award strengthens our belief that INfluence, Guidant Global’s diversity and inclusion programme, is not only driving real diversity and inclusion within our business but showing the wider recruitment industry #ABetterWay.
