360 Recruiter - (Manchester)
Are you ambitious, and ready to grow in your recruitment career? We're looking for a Junior 360 Recruiter to join our Manchester team, working in the Software Development vertical.
This is not a delivery role, you'll focus on building your network, generating leads, and winning new business consistently. While you may not have "cracked" the market yet, with the right drive and support, you have the potential to become a high performer.

About you:
- Confident yet self-aware, honest about areas for growth.
- A team player with ambition and drive to succeed in recruitment-not treating it as a stop-gap.
- Enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- Ideally 2-3 years' recruitment experience, still relatively new to the industry and eager to develop.
- Able to articulate yourself clearly to clients and candidates.
