A leading global biotechnology company is looking to recruit an Administrator to join one of their manufacturing centres based in Grangemouth. This is a temporary part-time role up paying £10 per hour plus holiday pay.
You would be required to work 20 hours per week over 5 days Monday to Friday from 8AM to 12PM.
Summary
Provide a professional L&D service to support all aspects of the site competence management system to deliver competent and capable people in order to meet business needs.
Accountabilities
- Ownership of all L&D co-ordination activities including several L&D processes.
- Administer the site Competence Management System. This includes the administration of a variety of training record systems, and includes the input, extraction, analysis and where required the manual transfer of data between systems.
- Work in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure the efficient and timely organisation of the site's L&D course portfolio.
- Provide support to other members of the L&D team as required.
- Proactively manage customer expectations.
Requirements
- Administrative experience, preferably in a highly regulated environment.
- Previous operational experience and responsibilities for L&D coordination activities associated with a competence management system desirable, however training will be given.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel Spreadsheets, PowerPoint
