Administrator/Customer Service - Sales Team
A bit about the role:
Ensuring that first class Customer Service and Supply is delivered at all times to Partnerships Partners by processing inbound orders and facilitation of equipment installations to invoice, either by phone or web. Provide support to the Costa Partnerships team and be first line operational contact with internal, external Partners, suppliers and distribution partners.
Order input into 'Navision' including Signage
Understand Partner order systems and requirements.
Monitor and escalate service performance issues to internal functions e g Supply Chain, Sales and Suppliers.
Take ownership of queries to resolution
Deliver team telephone service levels
Use Web based ordering systems to manage and process incoming orders and enquiries
Manage Partner enquiries
Who we are looking for:
Customer focussed
Accustomed to dealing with challenges to products, services and suppliers
PC literate to intermediate standard - intermediate level Excel essential
Strong administrative skills
Be able work as part of a team
Have a clear and concise telephone manner
Strong verbal and written skills
Accurate data entry
The ability to remain calm under pressure
The ability to build and maintain relationships
Be able to plan and manage workload to meet deadlines.
Persuading and influencing skills
Telephone experience
Customer / product service related industry
- £10 per hour
- Hybrid Working - mix of office based and remote working
- 6 week assignment with possible extension
