About the Role

As an Advanced Social Worker, you will work closely with the Team Manager to support the effective day-to-day running of the service while maintaining a strong focus on high standards of practice.

  • Completing high-quality assessments, plans, and reports

  • Providing mentoring, supervision, and professional guidance to colleagues and students

  • Significant post-qualification experience within Children's Services

  • Evidence of ongoing continuous professional development

  • Strong experience of multi-agency working and court proceedings

  • Excellent communication, recording, and analytical skills

  • In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, practice models, and theory

  • Confidence to challenge practice constructively and lead improvements

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
