The Role
We are currently looking for an Application Support Analyst with SSRS/SSIS/SQL experience on a permanent basis working remotely, to support and help implement key proprietary products.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake scheduled maintenance activities
- Prioritise, triage and resolve support issues and requests
- Liaise across other IT Teams to achieve the desired outcome
- Provide accurate and professional communications to internal Customers on the progress against issues & requests
- Assist in the deployment of core Products, taking end to end ownership for the delivery of assigned work packages
- Identify opportunities to drive process efficiency and automation
The Candidate
This role requires SSRS/SSIS/SQL experience. Ideal for a junior full stack developer looking to expand their experience and become involved in strategic Product Development.
