We're currently looking for a Payroll Administrator to join the Reward Operations team in Broughton, supporting payroll services for over 1,500 colleagues-including the Belfast site.

If you're organised, customer‑focused and enjoy working with data in a fast‑paced environment, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a supportive team, develop specialist experience, and make a meaningful contribution from day one.

What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely payroll and HR administration. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

Payroll Administration

  • Processing monthly payroll transactions using SAP.
  • Managing statutory absence records in both SAP and Workday.
  • Maintaining the e‑pay system and uploading monthly payslips.
  • Running validation checks (including LSMW uploads) ahead of payroll deadlines.

HR Data & Employee Lifecycle

  • Setting up new employees in SAP.
  • Processing leavers in both SAP and Workday.
  • Acting as an HR Analyst to validate employee data and support workflow accuracy.

Support & Collaboration

  • Working closely with colleagues in Broughton and providing remote support to the Belfast payroll team.
  • Handling high‑volume payroll queries with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees and HR colleagues.

What we're looking for
We want someone who thrives in a team environment, finds solutions proactively, and takes pride in delivering accurate work. You will bring:

  • Experience in a payroll environment, ideally with large‑scale or high‑volume payroll processing.
  • Working knowledge of SAP Payroll and/or Workday (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  • Confidence using digital tools and office applications.
  • A customer‑focused approach and strong interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently with a positive, "can‑do" attitude.

Why join Guidant Global & Airbus?

A supportive team environment
You'll join a small, friendly payroll and HR operations team that collaborates closely and supports each other's success.

Career growth & experience
You'll develop hands‑on technical skills across SAP, Workday and key payroll processes-ideal for progressing into specialist or senior payroll roles.

Work-life balance
A 4.5‑day week and flexible daytime work window support a healthier balance in and out of work.

If you're ready to make a difference and build your career in payroll within a world‑class aerospace environment, we'd love to hear from you.
