Giving children and young people the foundations they need to thrive.

The role

The Pines provides quality residential care for up to 6 children, aged 5 - 18, with physical and/or learning disabilities and complex needs. We aim to provide a secure, nurturing and fun environment in which young people feel safe and can discover their self-worth as individuals. This is achieved by focusing on their needs with a flexible approach to all aspects of care. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic and willing to join in with a range of activities within the home and support young people out on trips. We are looking for staff to be creative and imaginative so that each visit for the young person is fulfilling and fun as well as helping to build life skills in order to one day live independently

Young people can be referred to us by a social worker for after school tea visits, day care at the weekends and in school holidays and overnight stays. We are looking for two Assistant Residential Worker's to join our team working nights.
