Brent Council is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Adult Social Worker to join their supportive and forward-thinking Adult Social Care team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults within the community. 💙
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
📝 Carry out assessments under the Care Act 2014
🤝 Work collaboratively with service users, families, and partner agencies
🏠 Support adults with physical disabilities, mental health needs, and older people
⚖️ Undertake safeguarding investigations and risk assessments
📊 Maintain accurate and timely case records
🔹 Requirements:
🎓 Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
📚 Experience working within Adult Social Care
🛡️ Strong knowledge of safeguarding, mental capacity, and care planning
💬 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
