Cafe Manager

IRC have partnered with our client based in Dun Laoghaire. We are recruiting for a Café Manager for a well-known Café in South County Dublin! Please note that this is a permanent role and there is weekend work involved. Embark on a caffeinated journey with my client as their Cafe Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our vision to life. As my client focuses on expanding their coffee empire with a second opening, we are seeking a dynamic partner to handle the day-to-day operations of their first cafe. This is not about passing off all responsibilities but establishing a complementary duo, a harmonious blend of strategy and implementation.

The successful candidate will have one deputy manager and will be reporting into the owner of the store and managing a team of 15 people.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has managerial experience in the hospitality or food and beverage sector.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Experience in a customer facing role.
• Good at delegating but not afraid of administration tasks.
• Great interpersonal skills.
