What you'll do
- Lead & Inspire: Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating a positive and collaborative culture.
- Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Uphold Dyson's uncompromising standards for customer service, visual merchandising, and store environment.
- Drive Performance: Own your store's results-profit, conversion, NPS, and more-while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Innovate & Improve: Propose and implement new ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain compliance with Dyson's policies, protect assets, and guarantee store readiness during peak periods.

About you
- Proven retail management experience in high-performance, customer-facing environments.
- Proactive, and results-driven with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Fluent in English (and local language where relevant).
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering operational excellence.
