The Role

We are currently looking for a Compliance Auditor on a permanent basis to work in a remote capacity with weekly travel to our London Office to deliver a programme of supply chain audits, ensuring consistent adherence to contractual and legislative compliance in our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits of the external supply chain, investigating and escalating non-compliance and advising where the opportunity for improvements can be made
  • Support Head of Compliance in completing ISO9001 monitoring audits
  • Keep abreast of legislation and compliance requirements, help to increase knowledge of legislation and drive compliance best practice throughout the business
  • Assist with delivering compliance and regulatory training
  • Assist with compliance requirements for new client implementations
  • Generate audit reports plus monthly summary reports identifying trends.
  • Supports the business with the resolution of compliance issues and contractual queries
  • Become a SME in AWR and IR35 to support the business and field questions

The Candidate

  • Experience in recruitment, HR or compliance
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Numerate, literate and articulate
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing priorities or project demands
  • Excellent eye for detail and ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks without losing focus
  • Interest in legislation and compliance within the Recruitment Industry
  • Strong process, analytical and organisation skill
