Guidant Global are looking for approachable, and engaging individuals with customer service rep experience in Redhill. The role is for a Contact Centre Agent and pays an hourly rate of £12.
In this customer advisor role, you will be working in a busy contact centre within a friendly, supportive and professional team. As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be taking inbound calls relating to occupational pension schemes as well as emails and web chats.
In your first week in this call centre and customer assistant role, you should expect to undertake the following:
- Respond to members queries by taking incoming calls and making some outbound calls
- Reach or exceed individual and team targets
- Maintain and develop knowledge of pension schemes
To apply for this customer service representative job, you will need a C grade or above in English at GCSE or equivalent. Experience in either DB or DC pensions administration would be an advantage, as would experience working in a contact centre but not essential and are open to receiving applicants from graduates and college leavers.

- Excellent customer service and IT skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
- Interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication
