Contract Manager (Equipment and Utilities)

Hyde is looking to recruit a Contract Manager to manage our Equipment and Utilities contracts.
This role will be responsible for providing management of the contracts covering MVHR Ventilation (domestic and commercial), Playgrounds, Green roofs (sedum), Sewage and Electric heating), wet and dry.
Duties of a Contract Manager:
- Providing monthly progress reports on performance, to include but not limited to, Key Performance indicators, programme, quality assurance and resident feedback where appropriate.
- Work with the Data Manager to ensure data is relevant and up to date and that systems are updated effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure that all statutory, regulatory and policy requirements are complied with.
- Ensure that any required certification is received in a timely manner, to the standard required and is recorded and stored correctly
- Monitor and oversee contract, manage contractors in line with contractual obligations cost saving/customer service improvements measure contractor performance via agreed KPIs in line with contract and taking remedial action where necessary.
- Responsible for driving through service improvements to deliver an exemplar service that reflects and leads best practice in the sector
- Responsible for the day to day management and monitoring of the Property health & safety compliance budget.
- Ensure effective liaison with residents in connection with Property Health &Safety Compliance requirements, activities, policy and advice.
