🌟 Job Opportunity: Team Manager - Fostering 🌟
📍 Location: Derbyshire
🕘 Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
💷 Rate: Up to £31.50 per hour (umbrella)
⏳ Duration: 3 months initially
We're looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead our fostering teams and drive the recruitment and retention of foster carers!
What You'll Do:
👥 Provide supervision to Practice Supervisors covering:
Mainstream Fostering North
Mainstream Fostering South
Assessment & Training
📊 Oversee, quality assure, and support assessments and service delivery
⚖️ Manage HR procedures relating to staff
💡 Lead service development initiatives
📈 Focus on recruitment and retention of foster carers
📝 Report directly to the Head of Service
Requirements:
✅ Experience in fostering management essential
✅ Strong leadership and people management skills
✅ Ability to oversee multiple teams and ensure quality standards
✅ Commitment to improving outcomes for children in foster care
