Role - Customer Care Advisor / Planner
Location: Tamworth, West Midlands

What this role is all about
As a Customer Care Advisor/Planner, you're the person who keeps everything moving. You'll be the go‑to point for tenants, clients, and trades teams - making sure repairs are booked quickly, communication is smooth, and everyone feels supported. Every day is different, and every task you complete directly improves someone's home and experience.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating and scheduling repair works based on service requests or client reports
- Building brilliant communication links between tenants, clients, and our trades teams
- Prioritising urgent repairs and managing resources to meet our service level commitments
- Keeping accurate records of work, performance, and progress
- Updating stakeholders so they always know what's happening and when to expect completion
- Ensuring every repair meets high health, safety, and quality standards
- Working with suppliers and contractors to source materials and manage costs
- Looking for opportunities to improve our processes and customer satisfaction
- Responding quickly to emergency repairs and adjusting schedules where needed
- About You:
- Previous experience working in a customer service/planner role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate. - Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams/SharePoint).
- Good administration skills with the ability to coordinate numerous tasks during the working day.
- Competent, clear and concise writer
- Ability to work on own initiative
