Call Centre - Chichester - 6 Months Contract - £11-£12 per hour - Full time
Guidant Global are currently recruiting for a contact centre operative to join our client, one of the UK's top housing associations, Hyde Housing, based in Chichester on a 6 month fixed term contract.
The role is paying between £11 - £12 per hour and is working 36 hours a week Monday - Friday
This role is in the Customer Service department that are the first point of contact for all tenants, landlords, contracts and complaints to come through, so applicants must be able to have a diplomatic and flexible viewpoint when dealing with challenging situations.
The ideal person will have the following:
· Experience taking inbound calls (in a call centre environment)
· Experience with document controlling or data entry
· Experience using Microsoft packages
· The ability to pick up internal systems
· Comfortable in a busy environment
This role requires a high level of attention for detail and the ability to manage an extremely busy, ever changing workload.
Housing experience is not essential but it may be beneficial to your application
