Our client, one of the largest drinks companies in the world, is based in Queen Street in the heart of Belfast city centre. Their Customer Service department takes care of pubs, clubs and hotels across Ireland who stock their premium brands and cater to any need or query they may have.
The objective of their Customer Service team is to provide exceptional service to existing customers every day, taking ownership of each call in a prompt and efficient way.
Our client is established on a global scale and their Customer Service team take various calls, dealing with drinks orders, general bar queries and accounts queries.
The Inbound Customer Service team are made up of a group of diverse and talented individuals who work together to achieve targets and are now looking for Customer Service Advisors to join them for the busy Christmas Period.

· Flexible between the hours of 9-5 Monday - Friday (Monday and Tuesdays will be the busiest days)
· Outstanding communication skills
· Works effectively in a fast-paced environment
· 5 GCSE grade A-C including Maths and English minimum
· Computer savvy
· Microsoft Office experience would be advantageous
