Contract Length: 3-6 Months (Potential to go perm)

Pay Rate: £13.46-£14.42 per hour (PAYE)

Working Pattern: Fully Onsite (Monday to Friday)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Temporary Service Administrator who can quickly integrate into our client's fast‑paced environment and contribute effectively from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and work through delivery, return and internal transfer exceptions to finalise fleet movements
  • Use of Spartan (Phalanx Portal) system to complete movement exceptions
  • Use Spartan to complete any unplanned movements
  • Use of M3 system to manually allocate or book in equipment
  • Monitor and update any missing Check In & Check Out fuel and meter readings
  • Allocation and reversal requests from our Customer Centre to accurately complete customer agreements
  • Depot cable change requests - perform necessary M3 adjustments
  • Assist in clearing outstanding distribution order lines
  • Plan stock checks with Service Managers based on financial calendar deadlines
  • Stock check preparation (e.g., M3 housekeeping-ensuring all items to be counted are in the correct place, outstanding booking-in and booking-out agreement lines checked, work orders closed including parts, etc.)
  • Use Power BI reports to help plan activities and work on team targets
