Guidant Global are working in partnership with one of the UK's biggest energy companies, SSE, who are looking for 5x Customer Service Advisors to join their Portsmouth office.
Job Role & Key experience SSE are looking for:
- Telephone customer services experience - the Advisors will be working in the connections team who are the first point of contact for customer wishing to have a new electricity connection, increase the size of their existing connection, install generation, or move the equipment supplying their property.
- The Advisors will also speak to many customers regarding other general engineering enquiries and take payments for all chargeable works.
- Must have a high level of accuracy & compliance and be IT literate as will be using multiple systems at once
- High organisational Skills
- Skills to manage own workload
- The ability to work to/meet deadlines
- Experienced with working in fast paced environments.
- Successful candidates will have 2 weeks training and then be set up with a work buddy for any extra support -
Working Hours: 37 per week (Monday to Friday, 8-4 or 9-5)
