Customer Service Representative

The company is on the FTSE 100 list of organisations, it has over 200 sites worldwide across 30 different countries, and is a very progressive and diverse company to work for.
About the Role:
We are looking for an accomplished Customer Service professional to work with a global Pharmaceuticals company based in Edinburgh.
You should expected you daily tasks to include; contact with customers either by phone, e-mail or mail to acknowledge orders or amend orders, escalation or investigation of queries and complaints, working with other departments to resolve potential issues, and liaising with Finance regarding potential customer debts.
The Right Person:
- You will need to have worked in a Customer Service role previously, ideally within an office environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Somebody who works well in a team.
- Good IT skills (particularly Excel)
