We are looking for confident Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Contact team in Peterborough. Your role will involve working as part of a team in efficiently responding to customer requests, developing and applying knowledge of all of our products and processes in order to respond to queries and requests from customers, relaying information as well as updating the systems.
Our in-house training will help you achieve your best potential by getting you familiarised with their wide range of products.
About You:
- Strong Customer Focus ensuring we always do the right thing for the customer
- GCSE Grade C or above to include Maths and English or equivalent
- Good communications skills
