We are looking to recruit Customer Services Officers to join our Customer Services & Operations team located in our Havant office.

At the Hyde Group, our vision is to provide a great home for everyone. Our values guide the way we operate as a business: we're customer driven, inclusive, collaborative and innovative.

In this role, you'll deliver an exemplar front line Customer Service via all media, including telephone, web, email and white mail, ensuring a high-quality information and advice service is provided in line with Hyde's Vision, Policies and Service Promise.

Duties of a Customer Services Officer:

  • Act a first point of contact for customers, providing a responsive service in order to generate measurable customer satisfaction and continually improve service levels
  • Handle all enquiries, referring specialist and complex enquiries to relevant teams in accordance with Hyde's core behaviours and appropriate procedures whilst maximising customer satisfaction/experience through exemplar service delivery
  • Meet or exceed expected Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets ensuring the achievement of target call resolution. Maximise the use of all information technology, specifically the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and maintain accurate up to date records at all times
  • Accurately update system records in a timely manner and produce grammatically correct system notes, letters and emails, following company guidelines on written material
  • Demonstrate behaviours ensuring that an excellent service delivery is maintained in all aspects of the role
  • Proactively identify process improvements ensuring internal and external customers are at the heart of our business and recommend these via the Team Leader.
  • Proactively initiate and partake in any training activities that facilitate continuous personal development

We offer a great flexible benefits package, the ability to engage in flexible working, 26 days annual holiday and a 35-hour working week and the opportunity to work for an organisation whose social purpose is to help provide people with a home.

Diversity and inclusion are integral to the Hyde Group as a social business, and critical in delivering our vision of a great home for everyone. We strive to build and nurture a culture where inclusivity is the norm and not an initiative. Many of the greatest ideas and discoveries come from a diverse mix of minds, backgrounds and experiences, and we're committed to cultivating an inclusive workplace which reflects our customer profile and where everyone is proud to be unique.
