We're looking for a Family Coordinator to join our dedicated Children's Services team in Goole. This is a rewarding role where you'll make a real difference in the lives of children and their families every day! 👨👩👧👦
💼 Role Responsibilities:
🧩 Supervise family time between children who are looked after and their significant family members.
🚙 Transport children safely to and from family time sessions using your own vehicle (must have business insurance).
✍️ Record accurate accounts of family time sessions that have taken place.
🤝 Work closely with social care professionals to support family relationships and child wellbeing.
🎓 What We're Looking For:
✅ Relevant Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years, Education, Health, or Social Care.
💬 Strong communication and observational skills.
🕒 Ability to manage time effectively and maintain accurate records.
💡 Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach.
