We're looking for a Family Coordinator to join our dedicated Children's Services team in Goole. This is a rewarding role where you'll make a real difference in the lives of children and their families every day! ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ
๐ผ Role Responsibilities:
๐งฉ Supervise family time between children who are looked after and their significant family members.
๐ Transport children safely to and from family time sessions using your own vehicle (must have business insurance).
โ๏ธ Record accurate accounts of family time sessions that have taken place.
๐ค Work closely with social care professionals to support family relationships and child wellbeing.
๐ What We're Looking For:
โ Relevant Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years, Education, Health, or Social Care.
๐ฌ Strong communication and observational skills.
๐ Ability to manage time effectively and maintain accurate records.
๐ก Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach.
