We are looking to recruit a Grants and Funding Administrator for a leading Housing Association.
As a Grants & Funding Administrator, you will assist the Fire Grant Funding & Recovery Manager in making grant applications for fire safety works. You will also work with key teams to ensure that we are maximising our recovery potential which includes, VAT, leaseholder and litigation.
Duties of a Grants & Funding Administrator:
- Assist in collating the required information to apply for grant funding for fire safety works.
- Take ownership and accountability for tasks and cases.
- Keeping up to date with Policies and Procedures.
- Maintain and update progress reports.
- Assist in the collation of key documents for legal cases.
- Raise any non-compliance or process failures with Managers.
- Work collaboratively with all colleagues across the Group.
