Single Aisle

• Offloading of the internal Single Aisle trailer at the building 06 docking station
• Orange production trolley to yellow paint trolley transfer.
• Movement of empty orange production trolleys back to SA Stage 01
• Yellow paint trolley - Transport from Building 06 to STTS
• Movement of wings in and out of Building 06 for rework
• Validated wing transport to storage areas
• Transport of wings in and out of the Customer Inspection facility
• Decanting of geo / support beams from empty Air Transportation Jigs and Wing Transportation trailers. Return to agreed footprint.
• Loading of Air Transportation Jigs for dispatch to the Final Assembly Lines
• Packing of loose items box for air transportation to the Final Assembly Lines, Overwing Panels, Kruger box etc.
• Loading of Wing Transport Trailers for dispatch to the Final Assembly Lines
• Movement of Loaded Air Transport Jigs (TCU) from SA Dispatch to the Beluga Line Station

Long Range

• Offloading of major components for Long Range Stage 01.
• Movement of LR Majors from the point of offload to the production footprint
• Loading of Air Transportation Jigs for dispatch to Bremen
• Movement of Loaded Air Transport Jigs (TCU's) from Site 5 Dispatch to the Beluga Line Station

A350

• Transportation of Wing Upper and Wing Lower covers from the Beluga Line Station into the North Factory to enable the K&N offload process.
• Transportation of empty Wing Upper and Wing lower cover jigs back to the Beluga Line Station.
• Movement of wings from the North Factory to Site 5 using the A350 MPV
• Movement of the empty wing transportation frame from Site 5 to the North factory footprint.
• Loading of Air Transportation Jigs for dispatch to Bremen
• Movement of Loaded Air Transport Jigs (TCU's) from Site 5 Dispatch to the Beluga Line Station
• Turnaround of Beluga ST and Beluga XL aircraft
