We're looking for a HR Advisor on a permanent basis to work On-site in Rocester.
A day in the life of a HR Advisor at Guidant Global includes…
Managing key client stakeholders and candidates from first day of employment to building strong, long-standing relationships
Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Managing key client stakeholders
- Delivering daily reports
- Dealing with investigations, disciplinary and performance management
- Managing absences
- Processing payroll and payroll queries
- Managing holiday pay and sick pay
- Managing 4 sites and team managers
- Consistently provide outstanding candidate and worker experience
- Develop strategic and collaborative relationships with customers (candidates, workers, clients, suppliers & colleagues)
- Ensure adherence to all current employment laws, legislative or otherwise is maintained
- Ensure effective communication with the workforce, client, colleagues and suppliers and best practice is shared
What we're looking for
We require someone who can build professional relationships by naturally building rapport with the team, workers, client, & suppliers and therefore proven experience of excellent stakeholder management skills will be essential. You need to be highly organised, reliable and have a good level of MS Office experience.
