Location: Airport Road, Belfast, Northern Ireland
Contract Type: Full-time, 12-month contract (with potential extension)
Pay: £15.92/hour PAYE or £21.30/hour Umbrella
Hours: 35 hours/week
Security Clearance: BPSS+ (handled by Airbus Security)

🔍 What You'll Be Doing
- Time & Attendance Management: Administer and maintain our local system using Google Appsheet.
- Payroll Support: Collate and submit critical HR data to ensure accurate monthly payroll, liaising with our North Wales payroll team.
- Employee Support: Be the go-to person for time and attendance queries, supporting managers, employees, and HR.
- Reporting: Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for payroll and management insights.
- Leave Administration: Manage all types of leave including annual, sick, parental, and authorised absences.
- Data Entry & Auditing: Handle uploads, manual adjustments, and resolve system errors to maintain data integrity.
🧠 What We're Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in HR or payroll administration (or strong transferable skills).
- Tech Savvy: Confident with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy is key - you'll be handling sensitive data.
- Communicator: Clear, concise, and professional in both written and verbal communication.
- Organised: Able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Discreet: Trusted to handle confidential employee information.
