This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a quality background who enjoys working collaboratively, improving processes, and contributing to a strong internal surveillance system.
You'll work closely with experienced Quality Audit Managers and form part of a supportive team where team spirit, diversity, and wellbeing are genuinely valued.
What you'll be doing
You'll play a key part in maintaining and improving Airbus' internal audit framework, including:

- Assisting with audit planning, roadmaps, scheduling, and regular reporting activities.
- Preparing for and supporting internal audit execution, including recording data in the MAUD audit database.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the audit function.
- Helping to prepare reports, write up audit findings, and take structured notes during reviews.
- Collaborating with a close‑knit team of three Broughton‑based auditors and reporting to the Audit Manager.
What we're looking for
You'll thrive in this role if you bring:
- Curiosity, open‑mindedness, and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong organisation and structured working habits.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- A collaborative, can‑do attitude.
- Experience in a quality‑related role with an understanding of audits and reporting.
- Knowledge of BMS and internal surveillance systems (desirable, not essential).
Experience is more important than formal qualifications for this role.
