Guidant Global are thrilled to be working in partnership with one of the UK's biggest energy companies, SSE, to recruit a Project Administrator for an initual 8 month contract based at their Glasgow office. SSE offer flexible working options with the option of hybrid working out of their Glasgow Waterloo Street ofifce.

What is the Role


As Lead Administrator, you will play a key role as part of the team supporting SSE's Seagreen Offshore Windfarm. Seagreen was awarded exclusive development rights by The Crown Estate for the Firth of Forth Zone of the UK's Round 3 offshore wind farm development programme in 2019. You'll be working as part of the team responsible for the operation of the wind farm, ensuring the administrative requirements of the team are met. You'll provide the day-to-day administration support ensuring all administrative requirements are understood and delivered to quality standards and within agreed timescales.


Some of your other main accountabilities will include:


* Create and maintain effective administrative documentation and procedures, continuously monitoring these to ensure consistency.
* Project Director & Senior Project Manager support - including but not limited to diary management, IT & admin support along with assisting/organising with Team days/nights & stakeholder events
* Assisting with preparation of reports & formatting, SharePoint management - permissions/access requests/training/folder & structure set up
* Raising & Managing IT requests and multiple mailbox management, providing O365 support
* Support with EDMS and support booking of travel, meeting rooms, accommodation and car hire for the Project team, ensuring a cost-effective approach at all times
* Admin team management including onboarding & training of new team members

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would like you to have:

* Excellent knowledge of O365 applications, including SharePoint and Excel as well as a sound understanding of Harmony or similar E-Business suites.
* Great people skills and ability to comfortably communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organisation in a professional and responsible manner.
* Outstanding organisational skills with the capability to manage and prioritise your workload efficiently.
* A good work ethic and positive, can-do attitude with the ability to solve problems using your own initiative.

Our main Seagreen Project Office location is Glasgow, there is flexibility in base location however regular presence in Glasgow will be required as and when by the Project. This role is for an initial 8 month contract with potential for extension.
