Guidant IRC are now hiring for a machine operative, innovative, and driven individuals to join a dynamic production team working as a machine operartive.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in operation of liquid packaging machinery, ideally including use of sleeving machines.
- Comfortable using machinery equipped with digital human-machine interface (HMI) screens.
- Proactive and able to solve problems.
- Familiar with principles of manufacturing excellence and lean manufacturing.
The Role offers:
- Full time fix term contract
- Fantastic rates of pay
- Including overtime in peak periods.
- You will work as part of the team to meet operational targets and standards associated with the role.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Strong numerical and verbal reasoning.
Work pattern
The successful candidate will be required to work a two shift cycle, 39hr week - Mon- Friday
- morning shift - 6am to 3pm
- Evening shift - 3pm to 12 midnight
