Guidant Global is working with the UK's busiest airport, who seeks an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to partner with colleagues in commercial and the wider business to develop marketing strategies and execute campaigns to drive passenger growth, engagement, and revenue for Heathrow and Heathrow Express as well as the development of creative assets across Terminals and Team Heathrow, ensuring these are on-brand and meet passenger as well as business needs.
As a Marketing Campaign Manager, the prosperous candidate will lead campaigns and opportunities across Retail, Aviation and Surface Access to drive awareness & revenue and work with operational teams to create an airport environment which provides service and sales support Information for passengers. These tasks involve internal stakeholder management as well as external agency partnerships & agreements.
What you'll get to do as a Marketing Campaign Manager:
- Drive commercial results by planning and delivering marketing campaigns for vital commercial stakeholders, including Retail, Aviation, Surface Access, and Heathrow-owned products & services.
- Work with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to successfully execute multi-channel integrated brand and marketing initiatives that drive awareness, growth, revenue, and positive sentiment.
- Build and maintain effective agency relationships (creative & media agencies) for developing campaigns, signage, service information and asset production.
- Own briefing process, delivery, and success measurement of integrated campaigns, including KPI setting and production of post-campaign reports & analysis
- Deliver on-airport visual signage and communications which enhance the passenger experience, minimise disruption during change and convey Heathrow's brand and service values
- Develop a range of brand and marketing guidelines to ensure consistency of message, alignment with brand and the service proposition and compliance with Heathrow's design, safety and technical requirements, and quality and sustainability targets
- Due to the changing nature and demands of the business, the role holder is expected to be flexible in approach and support the broader Marketing & Customer Engagement team with related initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent verbal, written, and spoken English language proficiency (with qualification) Degree/CIM or IDM qualifications.
- Proven track record of delivering through-the-line integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, including TV and video shoots.
- Strong experience in working across all forms of media, both offline and online
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing projects to increase revenue and engagement, managing multiple stakeholders and agencies.
- Strong experience in a consumer-facing business with a strong understanding of customer satisfaction drivers.
- Proven experience in briefing and managing 3rd party suppliers and multiple stakeholders to deliver on time and budget
