Job Summary
We are looking for a Supply & Demand Planning professional with strong analytical skills. The role involves analysing data, solving moderately complex supply chain problems, and supporting planning decisions aligned with business strategy. You will work closely with your manager, team members, and clients, with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Higher degree (Bachelor's or Master's level)
- 10 -14 years of experience required
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse supply and demand data to support planning and decision-making
- Solve moderately complex supply chain problems using existing and new approaches
- Develop and improve planning solutions by adapting established methods
- Understand and work in line with strategic goals set by senior management
- Collaborate with supervisors, team leads, peers, and client stakeholders
- Work independently with minimal guidance on new assignments
- Make decisions that impact the immediate team and occasionally other teams
- Manage small to medium-sized workstreams or teams, if required
- Be open to working in rotational shifts
