We are looking to recruit a New Homes Quality and Aftercare Lead.

You will supervise, coach and develop a high performing team to ensure that new homes in the development pipeline meet the required quality standard, in accordance with project briefs, energy strategy and specific objectives as defined by the scheme.
You will also ensure quality standards are maintained at all times throughout the life-cycle of the development process, whilst delivering excellence in service delivery in line with organisational values at all times.
Duties of a New Homes Aftercare Lead:
- Supervise, monitor and motivate the team of PQCs to deliver the departmental functional objectives ensuring that the new homes in the development pipeline meet the required quality standards and specific objectives defined by the scheme.
- Provide individuals with access to appropriate training, tools and support in order to deliver the expected levels of service excellence.
- Manage team through understanding of Hyde's HR policies and procedures, undertaking regular 121 meetings to discuss performance and set actions.
- Translate Hyde's priorities into performance objectives setting clear standards against which performance is measured. Openly and directly discuss performance issues as they arise. Provide coaching and feedback to enhance performance and motivate others.
- Be responsible for the effectiveness of each project managing against its approved business plan and taking responsibility for remedial action including drafting and presenting of reports for approval.
- Ensure all KPIs are effectively monitored and delivered to agreed standards.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders as required, to ensure relevant information and advice is provided to support the Land & Planning and Construction and Projects Teams and wider business objectives.
- Ensure the programmes are delivered in accordance with Hyde's values and highest level of standard and customer service at all times.
A qualification in HNC Constriction or equivalent would be desirable.
