Guidant Global is working with the UK's busiest airport, seeking an experienced People Business Partner Support to help colleagues fulfil their potential and work together to lead change across Heathrow with energy and pride. The role will play a crucial part in supporting the delivery of change and meeting the people's needs of the business.
As a People Business Partner Support, the candidate will work alongside the Business Partnering Team and provide full comprehensive administration support to deliver functional people plans to meet the business needs, improve performance, increase engagement, and make Heathrow a great place to work.
What you'll get to do as a People Business Partner Support:
- Work in collaboration with OneHR teams to ensure a consistent and effective service to the business, gathering and providing feedback as and when required.
- Prepare and take minutes, tracking actions on behalf of the People Business Partnering team and the broader people team.
- Provide support to the Business Partnering Team with ad hoc People projects through data collation and the creation of presentation slides.
- Develop and maintain effective and efficient admin systems, including document control, archiving and shared files. Adopt a continuous improvement approach for all duties and activities.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Support the People Business Partnering Team in shaping and delivering functional people and project plans that bring to life the engagement, recruitment, talent, wellbeing, and diversity agendas.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders and the broader people team across various functional areas.
- Support the People Business Partnering Team with critical processes and cyclical activity, for example, performance and talent reviews.
- Regularly manage and review people data to support in identifying trends whilst suggesting areas for improvement.
- Liaise with the other People Co-ordinator in the People Function to drive consistency across the business and share best practices.
- Support managers as and when required with initial people queries, including advice and support on how to use THEO (Internal HR System).

- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise a demanding workload and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with ambiguity, strong resilience, and determination to succeed in challenging and agile business environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including experience in using Microsoft Office 365.
- High customer focus and service puts people at the heart of what we do.
- Apply discretion in managing sensitive information and situations.
- You must be a UK national or citizen to be eligible for the role.
Desirable:
- Completed or working towards CIPD Level 3.
- Experience working in an HR/People Team environment.
