The Role
Guidant Global are working closely with a leading organisation within the aviation industry, in their search for an experienced people change manager.
The People Change Manager will support with People Change across various organisational effectiveness programmes across the whole business.
The People Change Manager will work collaboratively with leaders and colleagues to influence and shape people change projects within change frameworks and models. Using these frameworks, tools and resources the role holder will coach on the right people change outcomes across various transformation programmes to drive maximum business benefit and value led outcomes.
The role will lead and facilitate the change through different forums, workshops, leadership events, engagement forums or by transitioning the activity to be led by BP's, line managers. It's important that our plans are documented that we've engaged effectively, and the solution is fit for purpose and delivers the desired outcome.
Principle Accountabilities
Help to create, develop, and continually improve organisational effectiveness and change frameworks that can be used consistently across the business to deliver agile, best practice people change and effectiveness
Using frameworks to deliver OE/D and change in support of business strategy and priorities and been a custodian for these frameworks to be applied
Lead people change initiatives in line with business strategy including culture, values, communication, people change principles and embedding success.
Lead on large scale business and cross functional organisational reviews and design initiatives, working in close partnership with HR Business Partners
Partner with the business leads and HRBPs to support the delivery of people change and OD/E plans.
Using real time data and evaluation insight to continually assess progress against programme objectives, making improvements and efficiencies throughout to ensure that all business benefits can be fully optimised, and the investment maximised.
Advocate continual process improvement and review of OD and change principles to ensure these stay relevant, informed, and deliver excellence
Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are best practice and meet the business needs, while remaining compliant and adhere to policy, process, and legislation
Keeping up to date with best practice change management and benchmarking to advise, coach and influence critical decisions and make recommendations to ensure best in class delivery while aligned to the organisational programme frameworks
Qualifications/ Experience
Experience of delivering change initiatives in a unionised and sensitive environment |
Experience of leading people changes across a complex environment |
Excellent planning and organising with the ability to keep track of deliverables |
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, and act as a trusted advisor on change best practice and recommend solutions |
Experience of taking a creative and innovative approach to driving solutions |
Experience of working with senior stakeholders and hold a high level of gravitas to shape and influence decisions |
Ability to work, at times in a changing environment with some level of ambiguity while able to self-manage and sometimes to tight timeframes, and under pressure |
Business knowledge and experience of working in a sensitive and confidential environment is desirable |
Understanding of key change methodologies and applying these is desirable |
