About the employer

I am a man in my early 20s with Autism. I need a support worker to assist me in all areas of my personal, domestic and social life, both in my family home and in the community. Your role is to enable me to develop my independent skills and live an independent life.

I am a friendly and loving individual with a lot to give to the people in my life. However, I do have anxiety and if my anxiety is high I sometimes demonstrate challenging behaviours. When I build trust and positive relationships with support workers, this improves and I am able to find success and develop independence. If you think you could invest the time to support me, please make an application and take the opportunity to meet me and my family.
