Guidant are currently looking for a Planning Administration Officer for an initial temporary contract. As a Planning Administration Officer your main duties will be:
- Administrative Support to the Planning Teams
- Record and manage the document system of all planning applications, including tree applications, conservations
- Prepare documents support committee meeting documents
- Provide admin support for planning appeals
- Planning admin, postal duties, scanning and printing
Experience:
- Strong administrative background, hit the ground running, be able to prioritise own workload and hours, articulate, strong attention to detail
- Desirable to have worked Local authority or with Planning administration, appeals experience
- Manager is not looking for Local authority experience just a strong admin background
- Comfortable speaking to members of the public and councillors
