Project delivery manager based in Inverness to assist with three projects - two in refinement stage and one in handover
Working with engineering teams and contractors in developing the scope for 2 projects up to Gate 3 stage
Alongside scope development, asked to manage, initiate, and implement internal governance process / procedures (commercial aspects, programme aspects, quality, project execution plans, additional resources if required)
The 3rd project is in the handover stage, 95% complete. Finalising all the final details to allow the formal handover to the operator e.g. Chasing contractors to complete their CDM responsibilities, final documentations etc (Governance requirements up to Gate 5)
