Location: Filton (Hybrid - 60% onsite)
Hours: 35 per week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am-7pm)
Pay: £26.16/hr PAYE | £35.00/hr Umbrella
Security Clearance: BPSS+ (completed by Airbus Security)
IR35: Inside
Travel: Occasional UK and international travel required

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and Support Projects: Manage a portfolio of projects within the Fuel and Landing Gear systems, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Services, and external suppliers to drive project success.
- Effective Communication: Facilitate meetings, provide regular progress updates, and escalate issues as needed to keep projects on track.
- Financial Oversight: Contribute to budget planning and monthly financial reviews, ensuring costs remain within agreed limits.
- Continuous Improvement: Adopt best practices in project and configuration management, always striving for excellence and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring customer priorities are met and expectations managed.
What We're Looking For
- Degree or equivalent experience in project/programme management.
- Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, ideally in aerospace or a technical environment.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and lead multi-functional teams.
- Experience managing suppliers and working with cross-business stakeholders.
- Sound technical understanding of engineering, design, build, and test processes.
- Familiarity with configuration management and planning tools (e.g., MS Project, ICC).
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and working in a dynamic environment.
