NEEDS TO HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH JOB BOARDS/ CANDIDATE ENGAGEMENT
- Communication to candidates
- Communication to managers regarding candidates/Interviews
- Review resumes and conducts phone screens to determine qualifications
- Schedule an interview with the hiring manager and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Complete all vetting papers with candidates who meet expectations of the job
- Provide general admin support to the talent team
- Organize, compile and update documentation
- Manage and update database
- Prepare manage and store paperwork for policies and procedures
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
