Our successful On-Site Managed Service branch in Shaw, Oldham is currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator/Administrator to join the team on a 5 month Fixed Term contract for our busy peak period. Starting in August 2019 this is an exciting opportunity to both join Guidant Global, who are one of the UK`s largest and most successful recruitment organisations, and to also progress your career within Recruitment / HR.

As a Recruitment Coordinator/Administrator within the Managed Service team you will play a key role in supporting the consultants in both recruiting and managing the temporary workforce of over 1000 employees at several sites for one of our key clients.

The role responsibilities include pre-screening candidates over the phone, booking candidates to interview sessions and also coordinating the absence and performance data for the temporary workforce. There would also be a requirement to support with assessment and interview sessions and also represent Guidant/Blue Arrow at jobs fairs.

We are ideally looking for someone who has strong verbal and written communication skills and can work well under pressure in a team environment. Previous recruitment or HR experience is not essential but would be advantageous. This role would suit someone looking to start a career in either recruitment or HR as there will be plenty of options to progress within the company.
