Salary: £17,300 pro rata (plus Inner London Weighting pro rata)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Policy and Research Assistant to join our Policy and Campaigns Team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the team to influence the agenda for children through policy and research that leads to positive change in children's lives.
How you'll make a difference:
- By contributing to analysis and development of policy and research projects
- By supporting internal and external communication of key policy and campaigns messages
- By liaising with our services to ensure the views of children, parents and staff are at the centre of all our work
- By co-ordinating external and internal events and meetings
- By ensuring efficient and smooth administration processes for the team
What you'll need:
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to take responsibility for a project/task and deliver on time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the team and across departments
- Analytical skill to interpret complex information
- Research and intelligence gathering skills
- A passion to make a difference to children's lives
